Failure to READ AND BOOK PROPERLY MAY CAUSE YOU TO FORFEIT YOUR $40 RESERVATION FEE and in the case you book an appointment not in accordance with our booking policy, you will NOT be refunded or rescheduled and your appointment may be cancelled !!!!!!
Again, we urge you to PLEASE READ OUR BOOKING POLICY COMPLETELY!!DO NOT BOOK any service BEFORE YOU READ OUR POLICY and fully understand our booking policy. Once you’re booked, THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON! All booking requires a NON REFUNDABLE $40 Reservation Fee. Please note that this is not a deposit towards any services. The Reservation Fee is to reserve your time slot for the day you schedule.
The Reservation Fee will be credited towards your total service cost provided you meet our booking policy listed below.
If the schedule isn’t allowing you to book what you need, call and let us know BEFORE you book. Depending upon your desired service, we may be able accommodate you.
1. Reservation Fee is $40 and is NON REFUNDABLE. You have up to 24 before the start time of your appointment to cancel, or reschedule in order to transfer your Reservation Fee to another appointment. You can only reschedule ONE time with an existing reservation fee. After that, you would need to book a new reservation fee. You have 8 weeks from the original date of appointment to use your $40 reservation fee.
2. In the event of you cancelling or rescheduling late (within 24 hours of your appointment) You forfeit your Reservation Fee. You have 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. After that you are responsible for 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. No Call/ No Show is responsible for 100% of appointment cost in order to obtain a new appointment.
3. All appointments have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your forfeit your Reservation Fee and depending upon the schedule, we may have to cancel your appointment or reschedule your appointment. Please call or text us to let us know if you are running behind.
4. Services are A La Carte. Book a main service and in the the drop down menu, you’ll be able to book any add on derives.
5. New clients/First Time Clients MUST book a major reshape in addition to whatever other service is desired when getting any cuts.
6. Hair Consultation are booked on Tuesday’s only.
7. All “Process” Hair Color requires a Hair Consultation. If you are a new client, we will book your hair color appointment at the time of consultation. You need at least 48 between a consultation and an appointment.
8. Any “Process” Hair color can only be booked Tuesday-Friday. “Process” hair Color can NOT be booked on a Saturday.
9. Our space is very intimate, and our seating is limited to the appointments booked for that day. No extra guest outside of your children.
10. Moms, we understand you may need to bring your children with you. We welcome your little ones. Please have snacks and devices/tablets to accommodate them and keep them close by. Because of the nature of our space, please call and let us know if you need to bring your child(ren). Hair color or other hair chemical smells may not be suitable for smaller children or infants. Our space is breast feeding/ nursing friendly.
